I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment so I went there in person. The sign on the door says “walk-ins welcome” but I was immediately told that they were too busy and I needed to make an appointment. I asked 3 times if I could make one before I left since I already drove all the way here to be turned away, just to be told that I have to CALL to get in. Even though they had just opened and I was THE ONLY person in there, she refused to make me an appointment without being on the phone with me. She just stood there saying “no no no, you call in half hour for appointment”. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m actually glad I never got any services done there if this is the way they treat customers and conduct business. I’ll never be back.

Clean and well staffed. Not mismatched and gaudy like typical nail salons. Huge selection of polishes and services. One star less than 5 because their prices were not updated on their website so paid a bit more than anticipated.

My nails came out good but the overall experience wasn’t great. Me and my mom booked an appointment together for a manicure and pedicure. We ended up waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time and were separated the entire appointment. They ended up finishing my mother‘s manicure and pedicure before finishing my manicure so I wasn’t able to get a pedicure without making my mom wait 30+ minutes. They also overcharged me $40+ at the end of the appointment as it ended up being a lot more expensive than what the price menu said. It’s a shame, I would definitely go back based off of the quality of work but the wait time and overcharge will definitely be a deciding factor for me not returning.

I took my daughter here just to get a simple eyebrow waxing because we always went here for our waxing and I walked in as they advertised walk-ins welcome and they denied me service by saying they are too busy to do a five minute waxing job I will never go here again after being refused service and I will use a different salon from now on

So when I first got there the older man asked what I wanted, I told him I wanted acrylic nails, he asked “powder or gel.” I said I wanted gel and he sighed very loudly and said “oh my god.” And walked away. I got seated with a young girl about 15 or 20 minutes later, and she also made a few rude remarks towards my natural nails and my tattoos, etc. I was also charged 70 dollars for regular plain black acrylic nails. Could have went somewhere else for like 40. She did do an okay job, the staff just seems a little rude and the atmosphere is very awkward. Will not be returning
