I am so so so happy with my experience at Lotus!! I booked an apt online two days in advance and am SO glad I did!!! I decided to treat myself to a lash tint and lift before a trip and love, love, LOVE the results!! This was my first lash lift and I went into it with very little idea of what to expect, other than sitting and waiting. Victoria made sure I was completely comfortable and at ease and walled me through the process step by step! She constantly checked to make sure I was good throughout the process and kept me at ease by telling me where we were in the process and what was next, how long this step takes, etc. I am so happy with the results as well!!! Way better than I expected!!!! I would 100% recommend Victoria and Lotus to anyone seeking a lash lift!!! I will def be back!!!

Kristen and Caitlin are both amazing! They have such a good energy whenever you come in for your appointment. They both are very detailed and precise with what they do, and want to be sure you look the best and 100% happy with your services. I get my lashes tinted and lifted regularly by both these beautiful ladies! They always do an outstanding job. Kristen is a boss as some brow threading, also! I had my very first facial ever with Caitlin, who took the time to explain each step of the process and really gave the best shoulder massage a girl could ask for. Love my Lotus ladies!
