I have been getting massages for over 25 years, and I was surprised to find Michael Caldwell, who, hands-down, is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I have now seen him twice and will continue. He is passionate about his work, highly educated in anatomy and body mechanics, and amazingly advanced in his skills in a variety of techniques. He is open and responsive to individual needs and requests, and utilizes hot towels and optional aromatherapy. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

The massage therapists are professional, kind, and very good at what they do! My most recent visit was with Madeline who did an excellent job relieving the neck and back pain I had going in. I purchased the couples massage “class” for our 5-year anniversary as a gift and we had SO much fun with Lindsay, the owner of Lotus and the facilitator of the class. It was a fun mix between a couple massage and an educational experience and Lindsay does a great job of fostering an intimate connection between you and your partner in a very professional way. Her years of experience are very evident as she shares the names of muscles and massaging techniques for different parts of the body and I promise you and your partner will leave feeling relaxed, connected, and with a deeper understanding of how to relieve stress with your significant other in a fabulous way. My husband and I spent this past weekend on the peninsula. We had this crazy idea that we might find a spa and get a last minute Friday night couples massage. We spontaneously walked into the Lotus Rose hoping for a spot in only one of three spas in town. Wow! It was our lucky night.
