Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner is very rude, trys to speak over you and has no customer relationship skills. This place is a no frills, cheap place and the massages are average at best. I received a gift certificate as a gift a little over a year ago. Yes, there is a one year expiration date on the certificate which I did not notice. When I called to see if they would accept the certificate, I was yelled at by the owner and hung up on twice. She has received $100 dollars and is not willing to provide any service for that money. The owner is very rude, trys to speak over you and has no customer relationship skills. This place is a no frills, cheap place and the massages are average at best. I received a gift certificate as a gift a little over a year ago. Yes, there is a one year expiration date on the certificate which I did not notice. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I went today with gift certificates that we received from xmas ..with both got the one hour massage combo ..it was amazing! and we both left super relaxed..I had Derek and he was so professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend trying this gem of a place out prices are reasonable as well!

I purchased a gift certificate and every time I tried to use it she raises the service fee. I understand pricing has gone up on certain things but they’re using this pandemic to take advantage on others and it’s not fair. This is the last of my money they will ever see. I’ve been in the service industry for over a decade and I’ve never witnessed a company treat their customers the way Lotus Pond does. They need to understand once someone purchase a gift certificate, they need to honor it because it’s a binding contract. I purchased a gift certificate and every time I tried to use it she raises the service fee.
