If you make an appointment it’s on time. If they have a wait they tell you upfront that you should come back. My daughter and I have come here about 3 times now. I’m so thankful after 6 years in palm coast I have found the perfect nail salon. If you make an appointment it’s on time. If they have a wait they tell you upfront that you should come back. No rushing to get you finished or having you sit with your feet in cold water for 30 minutes.Every technician I’ve has so far has done an amazing job. Very professional and top quality! First I was was given a recommendation for a young man who just happened to be out of the country. Instead of accommodating me properly I was given to a young lady who seemed pained because I asked her name. Navi or something close to that, I couldn’t hear her with her mask on. She may have assumed I had music playing, however the buds were not on. Once I confirmed all I wanted was a classic pedicure I received nothing but taps and points. She never once asked if I was comfortable or if I knew how to work the massage chair. Upon completion it was clear that she had not done very well. 30.00 is 30.00. I can swallow a one off in your procedure with great customer service. I was not a recipient of either….very dissatisfied and disappointed customer. Do better Lotus, people work hard for the money they earn and choose to spend in your establishment!

I’ve been getting mani~pedi & eyebrow wax along with my mom and daughter for approximately 4 months at the very popular “Lotus Nails & Spa on 100. I Tried several nails techs in Lotus before settling in on 1 in particular “Tina”. Well, last month Tina suggested on my next visit I remove all acrylic and start fresh. So last Monday on my scheduled appt I did as she suggested. By Thursday evening my nail color began to literally peel off. I had out of town guest and could not break away to go get them repaired. By Saturday they were horrible. I called salon 1st thing monday morning explained my issue & was told my tech was off and to come in 9:30 a.m. tuesday….so now its Tuesday & she has removed the polish that remained & proceeds tell me I have to pay all over again because I didnt come back last week…I tell her if I have to pay again im not going to allow her to finish the service & I will not be coming back along with my mom & my daughter…I was still required to pay $10 for the removal of the color that she had already removed….bottom line is I should have been advised that there was a cost to her correcting the shoddy work before she had me sit in her chair. Today they lost 3 consistant customers.

What’s the big deal about this place? I had the same horrible experience as the other negative reviews. So annoyed. 30 minute drive one way to get there, only for mediocre pedicure from a rude person (she couldn’t communicate and got irritated with me because I wanted my fingers to match my toe color, I was asking too much apparently). I had to get two other people involved just to explain to her that I wanted SNS with matching colors. And my manicure…Wow. Just THREE DAYS after my SNS service with “Try” nearly every single mail is chipping or cracked. He kept going on about how this will last over gel and was so cocky about it, yet my $75 service didn’t even last the week! So Christmas is Sunday and my nails look worse than they did before I came in that place.

I’ve been going here for a gel manicure for the past three months and finally giving up on them. Appointments don’t matter – expect to wait at least 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. The quality of work is very inconsistent and depends on who you get. My requests for particular nail techs were not honoured. This last tech I got rushed through my gel manicure and did a poor job – it’s only day 5 and it’s already chipped. Also, posted prices do not match what you’re charged. Pls update price list or have staff give a better explanation about the charge.
