I’m a teen on a budget who was going to homecoming that same night. I called and made an appointment 3 days before and asked about pricing because like I said; teen on a budget. The man said it would cost 35 for my fill-in. I get there and still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then I get in the chair and I said to the lady 35 right? She looks at my nails and says no. 35 for short nails and 55 for what length my nails were, mind you she had already started shaving my one hand. So I didn’t let her do my other hand yet cuz I’m tryna explain to her what the man said over the phone to me and told her I had to make call real quick to my mom, cuz I’m here with 40 dollars and it cost 55. So she steady tryna pull my hand and I told her to hold on. Then she left and started working on someone else. So I’m sitting in the chair talking to my mom, she sends me extra money, and I told her I was ready. She said no and refused to do my nails and the guy said if I wanted them done that I would have to wait. Horrible rude staff. Never again.

Seemed nice, I was charged extra for a service I didn’t receive. I’m a cosmetologist. I know what all the services are & how long it should take to do the service. Also I’ve never had an issue with polish coming off & I had to go back in a week for them to polish my toes again because almost all the polish had come off. I’ve never once in my life had this issue. The polish didn’t stick because the nails were not cleaned with acetone before the polish was applied.

Bad Costumer Service. She was charging me for it when it looked horrible and did absolutely nothing about it and still charged me 40 dollars. Not only that, I took my daughter there once and another women did it on a rush. My daughter asked for white nail polish and she did black.
