Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have written many many reviews before and I will continue! Lotus nails is the BEST salon around! Super clean and super friendly staff! I’ve had various technicians do my nails over my 4 years being a customer and to name a few: Yen, Tom, Holly, etc. Holly is my normal nail technician and she always goes above and beyond. Anne is also incredible at getting you scheduled and calling you if they need to re-schedule or getting you in sooner. I get regular compliments on my nails. I have written many many reviews before and I will continue! Lotus nails is the BEST salon around! Super clean and super friendly staff! I’ve had various technicians do my nails over my 4 years being a customer and to name a few: Yen, Tom, Holly, etc. Holly is my normal nail technician and she always goes above and beyond. However, the high quality service I received at Lotus Nails warranted a review. I am very picky about my nails and have spent the last four years searching for a nail salon I love. I have finally found it. I scheduled an appointment with Justin at the recommendation of a coworker. He was ready at my appointment time, helped me choose the perfect color for my nails, and was super friendly and helpful throughout my whole appointment. I brought in a picture for inspiration and he nailed it! I could not be happier with how my nails turned out. They are as close to perfect as they can be. My sister, who is just as picky as I am, got her nails done by Q and was also thrilled with how hers came out. The salon is clean and has a wonderful atmosphere, the staff are SO friendly, and the prices are definitely reasonable for such great quality services. If you are unsure about whether to try Lotus Nails & Spa, I highly encourage you to give them a try! I am very picky about my nails and have spent the last four years searching for a nail salon I love. I have finally found it. I scheduled an appointment with Justin at the recommendation of a coworker.
