Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got my nails done on August 7 for a wedding that I was attending to on August 8. By Monday, August 9 my nail polish was peeling. I pay for gel manicure and I was very taken back by the fact that the nail polish was coming apart. That same afternoon I went back and informed the owner of the situation and she had my nails repainted. today is Thursday, August 12 and my nail polish is coming off again peeling off making my hands look like I have not had a manicure in weeks. I’m very disappointed on those nail salon and the quality of products they use. Will never go back. I got my nails done on August 7 for a wedding that I was attending to on August 8. By Monday, August 9 my nail polish was peeling. I pay for gel manicure and I was very taken back by the fact that the nail polish was coming apart. Worst place ever! Their proffesional is terrible. I called ahead was told to come right in, arrived in10 minutes or less. Waited 40 minutes to get my pedicure than they moved me to another table. Started doing other customers & I waited another hour for my nails, which never ended up getting done because I left! They have to do better

I came all the way from Boston to get my daughters nails done for her bday and they refused her and offered her to get something else like we are paying you guys ! She got them before at other nail salons! since I was near Panera I figured let me go since it’s convenient before I go back home to Connecticut will NEVER GO BACK
