I went here with 5 family members to get a pedicure. And I got 1 manicure. I called in advance and the wait was only an hour. We got there and they sat us all down in the pedicure chairs. They only had 3 technicians so the last and the first person had to wait around 20min, but that was fine waiting in the pedicure chairs. The chairs were new, but not great. The leg part doesn’t scoot out like a recliner so my feet had to support their own weight on the hard plastic surface and they feel asleep. They also don’t show you what settings the average person likes on the massage chair, so I was lost pushing the overwhelming amount of buttons. Her foot massage was also not great, she glided her hands over my calves and feet, but didn’t actually massage the mussels. The hand massage was good though! Also, afterwards I got a pair of slippers (although I did have to ask). Overall it was a really nice experience. The ladies were kind and attentive. The place has a pretty beach mural, all the furniture looks good, it smells nice, and the music was pleasant. Also the employees are very honest, one of us left our wallet there and the next day it was behind the counter waiting for us. It wasn’t perfect, but I did enjoy it and will gladly visit again.

When you walk into this establishment it is very clean and not cluttered at all. Their restroom is so clean and smells good. I can appreciate that they not only have a trash can but a recycling bin. Decor and music is very relaxing. They have plenty of colors to choose from. Regular and gel polish. Appointment was made at 0945, they called at 0947, I was literally parking. They will only wait for 5 minutes past your appointment time. They sit me and leave my feet in water for 20 minutes. The worker began and it is just like any other pedi I’ve received. I chose the Heavenly Pedicure. So that was a little better with the leg and foot massage. No drinks were offered like in other places but I do love their massaging chairs that lay you back. Nice place and I’ll probably revisit.

Loved this place!! Went there on 12/04/22 @10am. What made the experience bad was the 2 older women sister’s that drove 45min to get there, they were loud, and rude, and complained about everything!! No one wants to hear about ur drama, and health problems while getting nails done and trying to relax. Next time keep it in ur own town u 2 old bags!! Learn to respect a business, and people!!

I have been going to lotus nails every 2 weeks for about 7 months, the last few times I went I have noticed they have been over charging me. Every time I asked they say it’s a fee for using my debit card. First it was $1 and yesterday it was $8. On top of that one of the nail techs was extremely rude because I prefer my nails very short. She voiced several times that my nails were “to short”. I felt uncomfortable and will not be going back.
