Great Mother/Daughter experience. The staff was a delight and their Olaf kids chair was a highlight. Our technician did an incredible snowflake on my daughter’s tiny wiggly toes. Definitely returning.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in here for a a new set of acrylics. I chose this salon since it had received good reviews. However, my experience was quite different compared to the reviews online. My nails are all significantly different lengths. The lady only cut one of the nails to the length I wanted. The nails are also slanted and not straight across like normal. I brushed this off I am pretty understanding of a person. Today the following day however, I notice a decent sized bubble in my gel nails. This is very odd as I have been to multiple salons and this has never happened. It’s almost as if the gel didn’t cure before she put another coat on top? This was my first time here and it definitely has made me a repeat customer. The level of customer service here was top tier. Everyone was super friendly. I felt very well taken care of. I got the Hawaiian pedicure, and my feet & legs feel so smooth and moisturized. Highly recommend.

I am new to the St. Charles area and needed my nails done last min. Called multiple places but they were all booked, until I came across this salon. I went in for mani pedi, I was in and out within half hour. Which I thought was good.. until I saw my nails after the fact. I usually don’t write reviews.. if the service is fair. But for this I had. They did my nails in less than 15 mins.. the top layer after the nail color was half done. Half of my nails have shine and other half doesn’t. It looks like a young kid did my nails. Very Disappointed.

Wonderful new nail salon and couldn’t be happier with my nails. They did an excellent job. The salon is very clean and well decorated, staff is very knowledgeable and skilled. Atmosphere is inviting, beautiful and relaxing. I will be returning and taking my friends with me.

First time coming here, felt very rushed. They didn’t soak my nails or push the cuticle back very well. Overall it wasn’t a clean nail paint job. Was in and out for a no chip Manicure within 30 minutes, give or take. People were nice from the short interaction I had though.

I was driving through Saint Charles and spotted an Ace Hardware in a strip mall upon driving into the mall area I noticed a banner stating… “NEWLY REMODELED UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT 20% OFF SERVICES so I decided to treat myself as a first time client to a fill-in with a “no chip polish and Halloween nail design when I walked in to the nail salon it is just beautiful white leather plush chairs, extremely clean, beautiful Gray hardwood floors spacious pedicure area and gorgeous crystal chandeliers you feel like you’re in a very high end salon! I just enjoyed how relaxing it was. Yen gave me caring customer service and my nail services were extremely affordable that is way I tip more for the hard work AND VALUE that they gave me.
