Worst nail job I’ve ever had. When I first arrived, a young guy got upset when I told him I wasn’t getting gel color. So he dunked my hands in scalding hot water to remove my dip nails. I had to ask someone else to please change the water because it was hurting me. Then a young lady came to do my nails. I could tell they looked so bad. I asked her to fix certain parts And she refused to fix it and asked me if I’d ever had my nails done before. She said that this was the way they were supposed to look. Can’t wait to remove them. $30 down the drain and the embarrassment of ugly nails. No wonder this place is always empty.

We went to get gel manicures, the lady not only didn’t give me a gel manicure but didn’t listen to my request of blue French tips. This was easily something I could’ve done at home for free. There were flies all over the place. My little sister got a gel manicure but was rushed through and her nail got destroyed we waited for a half hour to pay doing absolutely nothing this don’t the first time we’ve been, not the best experience 🙁

Hate to leave negative reviews on businesses because truthfully anyone can have a bad experience somewhere…even great places. But based on my experience here, I won’t be giving this place a second chance. I decided to try this place based on the overall positive reviews so I figured we were safe in giving this place a shot. Sadly, it ended up being prob the worst nail job I’ve ever had. I took my daughter for her 13th birthday for gel manicures and pedicures. We both had different nail techs. Neither told us their names-although I think someone called my tech by the name of Kim. Neither were overly friendly and definitely didn’t talk. At all. I don’t have to have a ton of conversation but the total silence is awkward. No drinks were offered either. I got the deluxe pedicure but didn’t find it to be anything more than a basic pedicure I’ve had anywhere else. My toe polish wasn’t close to the sides—like where they just do a strip instead of actually your whole nail. Didn’t love that but was still hopeful at that point. Then they took my daughter ahead of me to do her nails and then when it was my turn, they sat me across the room from her. Not the end of the world BUT you kind of expect them to acknowledge the fact that you would prefer to sit next to the person you arrived with. The worst part of all was the fact that we both left and had nails that were missing the top coat. I had dull edges around all my nails where she missed the clear coat, streak marks on my thumb and a giant nick in my pinky. I looked at my daughter’s nails and she had two fingers that were completely matte and had zero top coat. Thankfully I have a gel nail system at home and ended up walking straight in the door and getting out all my stuff and had to paint over our nails with a clear coat. And now one week out and our polish is falling off. When I do my own gel, it lasts longer than that. I expect more from a salon. Just felt like a lot of money to spend on nails that had to be fixed when I got home and for an experience that was less than stellar. There definitely wasn’t the normal attention to detail you’d expect. Maybe we just caught both techs on a bad day but unfortunately for them we won’t be back to find out. There are many, many other places within five minutes of this nail salon. I’d suggest giving one of those places a try instead.

The place is nice. But to be honest is extremely expensive. I have never paid that much for a pedicure and refill for my nails. I paid $150 for that. It was my first time going to this place and even though the girl that did my refill she did a good jon in my design but the acrylic was not put properly. It has only been 5 days and my nails get caught on my hair. My nails look like I already need another refill. Their nails does not last at all. I read the reviews other people had and I still choose to give them the benefit of the thought. I did not recommend this place at all.

I hate doing this but because its the third time I have tried this place and there is always something wrong. I’ve done my nails there and they simply don’t last or are too sloppy. They are very near my house, so I dropped my daughters off to get tips the day before my wedding. One of them were totally wrong looks like a child did them. I didnt stay because we were prepping for my wedding and it was too late to go back and fix it. If you see the photos it looks like an amateur did this. Never going here again. If you have new people someone should be inspecting their work. Please note the photos were taken the same night of the work.

I decided to try this place on a whim. I don’t regret it at all. I loved it so much that I decided to bring my friend. We are both customers for life. We drive over 30 minutes to go to this amazing spa. I decided to get the dip for my nails, recommended by the owner. This was a change for me. I was used to an acrylic set and regular fills. What I like about the dip is that my nails always looks perfect, like a new set each time. I love that they soaks off very very quickly and I don’t have that unsightly fill line anymore. The owner and his wife take good care of me every time, and they have even stayed late. They are good with kids too. My friend brings her 5 year old girl and she gets her nails and toes done. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Great pedicures also. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

This was my 1st time here and I can’t say enough amazing things about my nail tech, Vanessa and about the salon! Vanessa was very friendly, listened to detail and even helped me decide on colors. The entire staff was also very friendly & fun! I have been to many nail salons in the area and Lotus is absolutely the best around! They got me an appointment the same day I called, and I didn’t have to wait for even a minute. I am so happy I found Lotus and will def be a repeat client.
