Made an appointment a week before for an hour before they closed. I got there early and they were busy with other clients and ended up starting my nails 15 minutes before close. The nails were cute but I felt my appointment was rushed. I don’t get my nails done often so I’m not sure of the cost, but $70 for medium gel full set with simple design seemed a bit much.

Stopped in during my cross country travels, they really went above and beyond! They were absolutely hands down all about customer service! I can’t express enough how wonderful they were to me getting my overlay refilled, fixing a break I had, and giving one of the most enjoyable pedicure/massage that I’ve had in years. My husband got the same great service when he met up with me for his manicure. The fact they last minute accomodated me and him then out performed many salons I’ve visited give them top stars.

I stopped in as a walk-in for a quick mani/pedi. The staff was nice and the salon seemed clean. Unfortunately it has been less than a week and my gel manicure has completely chipped and peeled. My toenails have also started chipping. I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary that would cause them to chip. There was also a young man sitting at one of the nail tables that stared a lot, he didn’t seem to be a customer. I hope others have had better experiences!
