I arrived at this establishment at 10:02 and they opened at 10:00. I only needed a fill-in. I was asked what I wanted done and was told she could not do my nails at any time today. Another woman walked in behind me and asked if she had time to do a pedicure today; she was told that she could do hers right then and for her to pick a color. I would give this business a zero and recommend that they put a White’s only sign on the door. That way people like myself won’t attempt to support this establishment. To clarify for the tech on duty; this was the pregnant black female with braids that came while you were doing a pedicure. My husband sent his wife in an establishment to be pampered but apparently was not appropriate color for services.

The staff at Lotus Nails was very accommodating and were able to fit me in for a mani/pedi walk-in when my appointment at another place fell through. Everyone was very nice, services were efficient and to my satisfaction, and all at a good price. If I lived in town, I’d be a regular! 🙂 Thank you!

They were able to fit 3 of us in for 2 manicures and 3 pedicures! My girlfriend was traveling from Lincoln City and brought her well behaved Australian shepherd, and didn’t want to leave the pup in the car as it was getting warm. They were so gracious and let her bring her dog in! They also did a fabulous job in the gel mani and Pedi. I’d definitely go back again!

Tracy and her husband are so kind. They never turn you away. I have visited several shops like Modern and Timeless. They turn me away saying I need an appt. With “walk in welcome” posted everywhere but they turn you away. I love Lotus Nail. They never disappoint. Pedicure

Very nice experience. We had been going to another salon and weren’t very happy so we tried Lotus Nails. They seemed to do a much better job on my feet than the other salon, paying more attention to nail trim and calluses. Very pleased with the Polish application as well. Will definitely go back.
