Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had been here several times for a pedicure and found it to be a pleasant atmosphere, really clean, nice equipment, and overall great service. Today they were running what ended up being 30 minutes late, and they acted like they were holding up the Vice President or something! Every person working there apologized and thanked me for my patience, and they added a paraffin wax treatment that I’m now going to have to buy every time because it was great. They went way out of their way to make it right, and I couldn’t have been more impressed or grateful for that customer service. I won’t go anywhere else! I had been here several times for a pedicure and found it to be a pleasant atmosphere, really clean, nice equipment, and overall great service. Today they were running what ended up being 30 minutes late, and they acted like they were holding up the Vice President or something! Every person working there apologized and thanked me for my patience, and they added a paraffin wax treatment that I’m now going to have to buy every time because it was great. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI use to come here a lot, for many years, and they recently increased the prices but the service is not up to par. There were too many instances my no chip manicure would chip the next day. When I came back to ask them to fix my one nail, they just painted a clear gloss over it but I could still see my nail chipped under the gloss. I shown the young guy at the front named Eddy and he just told me to “just cut the nail”. I use to come here a lot, for many years, and they recently increased the prices but the service is not up to par. There were too many instances my no chip manicure would chip the next day. For years, I have searched for the perfect nail spot in the northern suburbs and finally found it! Kim the owner is beyond welcoming and friendly and it is apparent how much he cares about his business as he keeps his shop, top notch. “Little Kim”, my manicurist, had me smiling and laughing, asked me throughout my manicure if I was comfortable, ensured that I liked the shape/style of my nails, and she ultimately, made my nails just beautiful! Coincidentally, I ran into an old girlfriend and reconnected with her. A day later, I found out one of my other girlfriends is a regular at Lotus and also goes to “Little Kim” for her nails. Bizarre! Lotus is my new favorite nail spa! I literally found this place by happenstance and am psyched! For years, I have searched for the perfect nail spot in the northern suburbs and finally found it! Kim the owner is beyond welcoming and friendly and it is apparent how much he cares about his business as he keeps his shop, top notch. “Little Kim”, my manicurist, had me smiling and laughing, asked me throughout my manicure if I was comfortable, ensured that I liked the shape/style of my nails, and she ultimately, made my nails just beautiful!
