I don’t get my nails done often, but I’ve never had great or memorable experiences at any nail salons in Winston-Salem. I tried Lotus today, hoping for a better experience, and Justin was so friendly and funny and I instantly felt welcome. He did a fantastic job on my nails and even helped me pick a color (I wanted a simple white with some glitter). He was very thoughtful and wanted to make sure I was happy. Everyone at the salon seemed so outgoing and fun and it was a great experience. I’m excited to come back!

First time customer and it was everything I expected. I was a walk-in customer, although appointments are preferred, because of availability. I recieved SNS and a pedicure. I was assisted by ‘Kat’ I think, who was willing to give me the exact design I asked for. I didn’t want to be difficult in my request, but when I showed her a picture, she just worked her skills. Loved it. I was even educated on nail maintenance and care.

Lord I’m not sure what’s going on but they use to be my favorite place now they are just like all the others haven’t even been a full week and all of my nails have cracked across in multiple places the next morning was my thumb nail and a new on each day they WERE SUPER THIN had to ask the young man to put more powder on all but one you can see and feel the indent I just wanted to get outta there now I have to find a new spot REALLY DIDN’T want to but no way will I spend my money and not be happy more than once

Everyone was so nice here! I just moved to Winston-Salem and have been trying out some different nail salons and this will definitely be my go-to. It was clean, comfortable, I got an excellent gel manicure, and they even gave me a little to go kit! Justin (I think) did my nails and he was hilarious and nailed it (sorry for the bad pun) Manicure
