Had my nails done on Saturday 8/10/19, gel manicure. On Monday 8/12/19, two of my nails chipped. I went back to have them fixed and wanted to have the polish soaked off not filed off with the electric drill. I was told that can’t be done that he needed to use the drill. My reason for not using the drill is because 2 pedicures ago the drill was used and the person went to deep and burnt my nail. I now have a black spot that will take months to grow out. I’ve gone to this place for years and never had a problem until now. I even went back after the problem with the pedicure to try them again. Save your money and go somewhere where they will listen to you and do what you want not what is easiest for them.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was very disappointed in the sanitation of the utensils use to complete my service.. They werent pulled from a fresh pack or sitting in sterile solution. The slippers and toe separators are also recycled.. I will not return..
