I’ve been to Lotus a few times and I’ve been pleased with every visit! Today I saw Amber and she did a lotus pedicure with gel polish and a ombre french manicure. She is the absolute sweetest and she was extremely gentle, which I appreciated. I would love to schedule another visit with her! She was meticulous, and very kind. Will definitely be back soon! You guys are all amazing!

I have been going to Lotus for awhile now and they are so friendly and the place is nice too. I don’t usually have to wait long which is always nice as well. I believe Bee did my nails today for the first time and he did amazing. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for with my color choice without me even having to say anything. I will definitely probably be requesting him my next appointment! Thanks for a great service, I highly recommend Lotus.

I think I have found my new nail salon!! I’ve been trying to find one for a while now, and thank God I found Lotus Nail Spa!! The people there were nice and polite, even the other customers were nice and some a little talkative than others but all in all everything went great!! My tech did a wonderful job, and she will be seeing me a whole lot more in the future!!

I booked a appointment online with Anthony! Absolutely love how he did my nails! He listened to me when I told him exactly what I wanted! He even made sure to cut them shorter so I don’t lose a nail! My favorite nail spa! They welcome you soon as you enter, it’s very clean, awesome service, don’t let people scare you off! If you don’t like something speak up they will be more than glad to fix it! I will definitely be back.

Critical: QualityI was recommended this place and although the environment was very nice and inviting, my nails was done poorly. I had a nail that lifted from my previous manicure and even though it was mentioned, nothing was done and the nail has gotten worse and another nail is lifting. What is worse is those nails are clear so it is super easy to see the lifting and nothing was done. I asked for a fill and the service performed was a full set. Some nails were replaced from falling off and for other reasons that weren’t mentioned and those nails are significantly thicker than the nails that weren’t changed. The fill on the nails that weren’t replaced are raised. I had clear nails that got filled in with pink acrylic. It was also more painful than usual to get my nails done when the nail tech was shaping and prepping. The guy doing my nails seemed like he was in a hurry or something. Kept hitting my cuticles while using the tool to smooth out my nails.
