Lotus Nails is the best self-care you could ask for. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, and excellent at what they do. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by name and welcomed in like family. I have tried their regular and gel pedicures and regularly visit for dip manicures. Their color selection is superb and they can do fun and unique designs if you want. I got my nails done here for my wedding, honeymoon, and all the important holidays in between. I’d never go anywhere else.

I will definitely NEVER go back to this place it sucks doing nails this is my second time coming and the first time my boyfriend had a bad experience in his pedicure, they charged me $40 dollars for a gel manicure and I asked for diamonds and they had to find someone else to do it I put it on because the person who was attending me did not know, they are all wrongly placed and they are not straight, also the girl who attended me cut my finger and it was bleeding, I am outraged and I think I deserve something in return!!! Really nice shop! Manicurist was friendly though there was a language barrier. Nevertheless, she was extremely thorough and thoughtfully inspected every nail. Despite being busy, I did not feel rushed at all.

I came here for the first time after a while of not getting acrylic nails due to previous sets being horrendous! My old nail salon would cut me, overcharge me, force small nail tips to fit me, never did acrylic beads right, etc. When I came here for an early birthday celebration, I didn’t expect much especially since I was an evening walk in customer. As soon as I got there, they sat me down and got to work. Joseph was the one to do my nails and he was amazing, he was gentle with my hands, made sure the placement of the tip was perfect, drilled very gently making sure not to hurt me, and he adjusted the tips of my nails to make sure they looked right which is usually hard for people because some of my fingers lean a certain way. He shaped the nails exactly how I wanted it, and made sure it complimented my hands (usually people make almond nails look weird but it made my hands look slim). He was also very nice, making sure to introduced himself by name and ask for my name as well. He cracked some jokes, and whenever I wanted something minor changed he had no problem and no fuss doing it! He was very understanding and I appreciated that. The lady who finished my polish off by doing french tips was very nice as well, also cracking a few jokes. We made conversation and somehow she did the french tips perfectly all while I was confused and in awe as to how she did it. I was a bit in a rush towards the end since I had forgotten how time consuming acrylics were and I didn’t say anything however they had noticed so was looking for my friend and as soon as they noticed they both started working on my nails so I could make it somewhere else on time. They also provided a sugar scrub for my hands which was super nice and smelled amazing and it was in this little honey jar from winney the pooh. They were very hygienic and never used anything on me that was previously used. While I was there I even saw them change out tools and liners for the pedicures which usually never happens at other places. I will literally NEVER go anywhere else for my nails, I am OBSESSED!

Amazing! I had my nails done by Hannah and she was so sweet and professional, also really quick! They came out amazing and were exactly what I had pictured in my mind. 10/10 will come back 🙂

I’ve tried many nail salons around Quincy, Braintree, and Weymouth. I was on the verge of settling but THANK GOSH I found Lotus!! They have so many colors and dip colors. The services are reasonably priced and everyone is friendly! Most importantly, my nails last. At other salons they chip within 1.5 weeks. Mine last ~3 weeks! Highly recommend!!

After looking at local nail salons, I decided to try Lotus after reading some reviews. Very glad I did! Hannah was awesome. Sometimes oval nails can be a hit or miss but she did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back
