My new go to!!! Ive tried a few places and was dedicated to a particular newer salon for about 5 months, but they were very impersonal and unfriendly. I called it quits after they kept rescheduling on me and put me with a different tech than I specifically scheduled for bc they were overbooked and he did an awful job and argued with me when i asked him to fix spots where he completely missed. Im SO GLAD I found Lotus!!! Scheduling was super easy!! They took me right away when I got in for it (no 30 min waits even with an appt like the other place), and were SO friendly!!! They struck up conversation with me and the lady next to me for a majority of the time, and were happy to do anything to make my experience as amazing as possible. They also were priced about $10-15 lower than the other place!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lotus!!! Thank you SO much!!

I have been search to a go-to nail salon since moving to Syracuse out of state, and I have found it! The whole team is so incredibly nice and welcoming. I have seen 3 different people for pedis and manis and they all had incredible attention to detail! I brought in a picture of fun nails I saw on instagram and they had no problem replicating the design! Throughout the appointment they continued to make sure I like the colors/design and how it was turning out which I feel like has not been my experience at salons in the past, it was SO appreciated. I cannot wait to find another fun design to try next!

I went to go get my acrylic nails taken off due to I am getting surgery. I called to make an appointment as well. The lady was so aggressive with my nails and had an attitude. Then the owner was saying rude things to me and starting talking badly about me in Chinese. This place has no good service what so ever. I am very upset.

Out of area went to this nail salon for pedicures for myself and my sister on a Saturday was not busy at all 10 minute wait . In the close to 20 years getting my toes done I have never seen a dremel tool used on toes. They removed my French pedicure with this tool and did not use any acetone to remove nail polish . The cleaning and shaping of nails was average. Next came the tech asking if my sister wanted her bottom of her feet scrubbed never have I had a tech ask if but he then proceeded to charge 5.00 for that to be done usually that is part of a pedicure . I myself wasn’t even asked my tech just skipped over it . Not impressed. There was the bare basic pedi done and price was ridiculous other places in our area you get scrubbed feet a foot peel paraffin hot stones and hot rags leg massage and foot for less or equal amount. Will not be returning. If ur looking for a basic pedicure save ur money do it at home better.

I got a pedicure done by Sarah and she did an amazing job. I’ve also had my hair cut by Danielle and she did an amazing job too. The atmosphere is calming the decor is nice and it has been clean and welcoming everytime I’ve been there. I would recommend the Old wood body wash and shampoo for men as it smells awesome and it works really well, even for my beard.

Mother in law, she cried, her actual nails are completely round!! Looks like little circles on her fingers! Had to laugh it’s so bad.
