i had a wonderful experience at Lotus!! The man I had that did my nails took one look at my inspo and didn’t need to look again! they look just like how i wanted them too!!!! very good customer service, they asked me multiple times if i needed a drink, and they were very nice/kind.

I went in at 4:50. Didn’t leave until 6:20. Received a cut on two fingers from filing. The nails look nice but this is the first time I’ve bled at a nail salon. Interesting. Paid $65 for this set. Still left a tip because we all have our days but still. Ouch. The cuts are so deep if i stretch my fingers out to far, they open back up and bleed more.

I had a very good experience with Stephen from Lotus. He took the time to explain what type service would be best for my nails and still look good and was great to talk to as well! My nails look awesome. I also got a pedicure from a young lady there and she scrubbed my feet 3 times which isnt normal, but was trying to help my neglected feet. I feel the customer service is improving in this salon and I would highly recommend.

I’ve had hit or miss services when going to lotus. But they have always made things right for me when I wasn’t satisfied. I was there yesterday and they have a new guy, Steven, who also is working as a manager. He was wonderful to work with. He did a great job on my dipped nails. The lady who did my pedi I didn’t catch her name but she also did a great job.

My boyfriend bought me a 200$ gift card here not knowing this isn’t my usual place but I still went. Twice. The first time I got the top pani and medi and it was to be desired so when I went in the second time I knew it wasn’t worth the money. Knowing I had 80$ left on my gift card I went back to the establishment to spend the rest of the money on my gift card. As I continue to the front desk to pay my tab he tells he doesn’t have record of my gift card because the man who handled it prior wasn’t there, I continued to tell him how did the other guy find it in the system and that he had me sign a piece of paper prior to note the remanding balance I had left over. So after many minutes of arguing I paid with cash and being told I would have to come back. So instead of coming back I’d rather 80$ in cash or just keep the money because last time my nails didn’t last a day and I’d bet they won’t this time either.

I’ve gone to Tina for several years she does gel builder on my nails….so it’s my own nails with gel builder and polish over top! Highly recommend her!
