So, I went to other nail places and never really enjoyed the experience but when I found this place..I feel in love. They are the best and treated me and my friends like family. I moved away and would drive three hours every week to come back and get my nails done. I’m so happy yo be back. Terrible experience at this place. I’ve gone several times, enough to fill my punch card they give you. Supposed to be for a free service over 28 dollars but when I went to redeem my coupon the owner only took 20 dollars off. I still ended up paying 60 dollars! I’ve spent well over 1 000 dollars in this place, earning my free service, only for her to take off 20 dollars! What a rip off! I’ll never be going to this salon again. Nexgen is so much better and just across the street!

Really sad with service. Had to ask for water to be started. The lady kept getting up every 5 -10 minutes to take care of other people. When there was other associates available. Then she forgot to do the other leg hot stone.

So very disappointed in the services that I received. I seen their Facebook page and how beautiful the nails were just moved to Texas and have not had any luck in finding a good nail shop, this one looked promising drive over 30 min and the guy was so rough at filing my nails hurt for 2 days… plus files them so much looks like a week grow out leaving there.. they were super lumpy which another gentleman that did my design fixes but there are still some… they couldn’t do the design I wanted which was a flower… and then got the deluxe pedicure the massage was nice and all but the paint job is garbage looks like my 6 yr old nephew did them, plus not the right color but they didn’t listen to that either…. I will never go there again….. and 122 hucks also this place was NASTY! MY ARMS WERE STICKING TO THE TABLE AND LEFT RESIDUE! NOPE NOPE NOPE

I went here less than. 2 weeks ago for dip. I just moved to Durant and wanted to find a salon close to him so I tried this place. The very next day I had a nail chip at the end and broke a nail. I went in to have the 2 nails fixed and was there an hour and a half only for them to just dip my broken nail and not put a tip on to make it even. I just wanted to get outta there so I didn’t say anything. Fast forward a week later the color started chipping off when I would wash my hair. A hair would get behind the powder and it would lift from the nail. I’ve never had an issue with other places and most places dip my nails 3 times….they use a brush here and it clearly isn’t as good. I’ll never be back. I’ll drive to my place in Denison.

They are amazing with pedicures, it was the best one I have ever had. Not so good with groups for a mani, they didn’t let us sit together. The first guy messed up my full set of acrylic but a woman fixed it as soon as I came back and said something about it. The man who did my sister’s did an amazing job.
