One of the best nails salons around!! This place is always so busy so it’s best to make an appointment. They have a great check in system where you enter your phone number and then you get points. The more points you get, the more discounts you earn. They also send you text messages with coupons if you haven’t been there in a while, along with a coupon on your birthday. They have so many colors to choose from and everyone is so talented. The pedicures here are so relaxing. This place is AMAZING and I would honestly recommend it to anyone!!

They treat black people differently. I have been a loyal customer to this nail salon for about a year now, at first I had A great experience, however I have had a couple experiences here that have brought me to write this review. I always get very expensive nails my bill is never under $100 and I tip very well. I am never greeted when I enter the salon, upon my last visit there was a line to check in, two Caucasian women who were in front of me were both greeted with a smile, and when it got to me in the line everyone just looked down and ignored me. Mind you, I had made an appointment for 4 o’clock. I waited 35 minutes before I was seen, and the nail tech who is usually very nice had an attitude and was very rough with me. She also disappeared

Went here the other day not knowing what to expect because of the mixed reviews but I’m so happy I did. The guy I got was so talented and quick at what he does! Definitely going back in the future. I was in and out so much quicker than I thought I would be for the nails I got! I’m so happy with how perfect they came out!

I have been going here for years. I always thought the staff was not friendly but the one guy was very good at designs. So I go yesterday to get my new dip powder stand walked out with a pedicure and nothing on my hands. The girl misunderstood and thought I wanted a gel manicure. Not only did she destroy my real nails buy drilling them away next to nothing but because she misunderstood, they said if I wanted tips and a full set that I had to pay for both services. Not happening with me. The scene they caused in there was embarrassing. This is the way they treat a customer that spends over $100 every 2 to 3 weeks over their misunderstanding. They talk about it in their language and the one girl that has platinum and black hair, is the wildest. Those end seats 7 and up are the worst. They don’t listen because they talk and laugh with each other the whole time and then wants to charge you for what you did not ask for. Me and my fiance and others I know will NEVER go back and I hope you don’t either.

I went to Lotus Nails to get a Gel manicure a week ago. The girl that did my nails was way too quick, and trying to rush things, she ended up hurting me. She did not even say sorry. I understand the place was crowded, but it is not worth it to rush things and hurt the customers. I do not recommend them.

I stopped going here because I don’t like the idea of being called on the phone and have my appointment Cancelled . They are not the only nail salon around. I was told someone else can do my nails. We’ll that was the last straw. I have moved on. I paid a lot of money here and was a good tipper. Shame on you for cancelling me. Nail polish changes, Nail cut & filing, Dip powder

Horrible experience. I was told they can do the design exactly like the picture. Nails look totally different. Not even close to what I asked for. They OVER charge for everything. Price is different from the same thing I had the last time I was here. Most importantly they are unprofessional. When you ask for something to be fixed or for the shape you would like when half way through you realize it’s not the shape you asked for they laugh and speak in Vietnamese.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life I’ve been getting my nails done my entire life. I showed a picture of what I want it and asked if he could do it and he said yes he painted the color on and the glitter before he did my acrylic put the acrylic over the glitter nails so I didn’t see you until the end that it looked weird like a white film almost was on them I waited until I was done my pedicure I wasn’t even going to say anything but the bill for just a refill was $60 so I then said I don’t like the two nails that he did glitter and I want to like it for that amount of money if there’s something that he could do and the girl at the front was so extremely rude told me that you don’t like us we don’t like you don’t come back here all I wanted was them to fix my nails they did take money off and I was under the impression that he was going to fix my nail because he came over and said that he could I was waiting until he was done with his client and he goes over and sits on his phone and ignores me till I finally get up and say am I sitting here for a reason the lady at the first chair said you can go I said what is your managers name not one of the workers answered refused to tell me the owners name. So I had no choice but to leave now I’m going to have to repay to get my color changed. Worst experience ever I will be calling the Better Business Bureau terrible the rudest experience I’ve ever been in…!!!!!
