I am so grateful to have recovered with Lotus!! This was my first surgery and I didn’t know what to expect. The level of knowledge, care and concern made me feel at peace. Jazmins knowledge of what each doctor requires is phenomenal and her goal is to make certain that you follow their guidelines and procedures. Wendy makes you feel like you never left home and that is so necessary when you are so far away recovering. I needed to be there and not have to worry about anything but getting better. The icing on the cake was the in house massages scheduled with “Body by Victory”. I felt so good after and her warm personality and attention to detail is what I needed. The process of recovering is no joke and I was able to share my experience with the other girls in the house, as they did with me, and it truly helps to encourage one another.

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay with Lotus Recovery Miami, to say it is a home away from home is an understatement. The home is so clean and well-kept that it felt like a dream. The hospitality that is offered was beyond my expectations and I’m so blessed to have the experience and support the staff gave me. Wendy’s kindness, love, and support was truly a blessing as I needed it coming into this journey alone. She offered the most calming comfort and uttermost care the whole way through and I’m glad to say lifelong connections were made. Jazz is also an amazing person who will help you will just about anything you need. The professionalism and experience they hold will allow you to be comfortable during your healing process. Anything you ask for is provided to you as a patient at Lotus Recovery and your needs will be more than meant. The food selection is amazing and the meal provided was so delicious. I will forever be impacted by this awesome experience this Recovery Home provided for me and I more than recommend anyone to stay here especially if you need support and love during this exciting but scary journey.

Most important decision I made for myself, especially since I was traveling alone to get surgery out of state. This house provides a peaceful, quite, environment needed, during you’re most vulnerable state. Coming from the medical field, this house really focuses on infection control, and provides a sterile clean environment. Unlike other recovery homes, the occupancy here only allows up to 3 girls. This allows the caregiver more time to attend to each girls personal needs. The best part about Lotus Miami Recovery concierge, is Wendy. I can’t even begin to express the gratitude I have for her. She makes it her job to take on the role of a mother, and ensures you are well beyond taken care of. She was very knowledgeable with the healing stages for each surgery, which made me feel more at ease. All I can say is, do not waste your money at an airbnb with a friend or relative. Everything you will need from transportation, cooked meals, massages, prescription pick ups, and they even help you get proper garments if needed. Best recovery home hands down!!

This place felt like home away from home. Wendy and Jazz both were very attentive and caring and I wouldn’t of been able to go through something so tough without them. They provided everything that you would need for post op care and assisted me in all my after care needs. Their place is so clean, bed sheets are changed daily, your room cleaned daily. They made 3 healthy meals daily and actually asked me what I would like to eat which I did not expect. They provided fresh healthy meals in combination with healthy smoothies. Thank you ladies for all your help. I will never forget your kindness.

A safe haven away from home! Ms Wendy made me feel protected in my most vulnerable and frightening moments. Without all of the motherly comfort she graciously supplied, I’m certain I wouldn’t have made it through. Extremely clean, amazing food is served, as well as compelling, round-the-clock attention. If you ladies are looking for the best recovery care in Miami you have to come to Lotus recovery concierge Wendy and Jazzy were totally sent from heaven assisting me with all of my needs after my procedure I felt comfortable safe and secured I had three meals every day freshly made. Wendy washed my garments daily assisted me with all of my bathing needs. I had an emotional breakdown and Wendy was there to talk to comfort me and gave me great advice gonna miss her! Jazzy will continuously check on you and ask you if you’re okay or if you need help with anything. She’s a chef in the kitchen, cooks with all her love. I spent 9 days and it was completely worth it my care was in great hands. Keep this in mind ladies when your booking for recovery care for any procedure it’s quality over everything.

This is the best recovery house I have ever stayed at!!! This was my second time getting surgery and the ladies at Lotus are so kind and helpful. They literally took my temperature, pulse and checked on me the entire night after surgery. To include making sure that I ate and drank. Some recovery houses do not help you and do not care for real.

My stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Staying here is like recovering at home. They even provide lymphatic massages post-op. The food was better than a restaurant and the staff is very knowledgeable about the recovery process. Wendy is absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this recovery house to all my family and friends.

The food was delicious, the care service was on point making sure I was doing what I was suppose to do, taking my meds on time, and feeling comfortable. Place was always clean & neat. Love Wendy my nurse she went beyond my expectation in making sure I was happy, in anything I needed & making sure I was comfortable. I was so happy in making the decision in staying their. If I would of went home or relied on someone wit out the knowledge of the procedure I think I would of been more in pain & a longer recovery. My friends also enjoyed their time their too I’m glad I listen to them.
