Pure ZEN! This was my second massage with Kate and I didn’t think it could get any better than the first but it did. She was so in tune with my bodies needs and truly listens to what your goals are. On top of her magic massage, she adds extras to the session which normally places would charge extra for (hot towels, essential oils). The studio smells great and is beautifully designed to promote even more relaxation.

Holistic healing was such a great experience! I attended HH&W for a 60 minute massage. Kate was so sweet, professional, took her time asking about trouble areas. The space was clean and very inviting. The pictures dont do it justice. I will be returning and referring my husband.
