Not very professional at all. My husband and i went for a couples massage. There was no relaxing music played, instead we heard them talk back and fourth and laugh. One masseuse actually answered her phone during the massage, she also left the massage at one point to go tell a customer who walked in they were busy. Not very relaxing..
