The sign says open but the lights were off. I called and she said come in. She was up at 8:20am wiping up eyes. It appears they live and sleep inside the business. Then she wants to charge a different price than what’s advertised. If you insist on paying the advertised price, she wants a $20 tip in addition to the service charge, which is due before the massage is given. It’s very dim and smells horrible. I wouldn’t recommend. She became angry after I explained that I tip based on my own personal experience, not because I’m told it’s mandatory. She dropped it down to $10, I left.

Visited Lotus today 9/26/18 out of desperation due to shoulder pain. After being placed in a room to undress, the woman who greeted me at the front opened the door, stepped into the room while I was taking my shorts off and told me I had to pay first. I told her I changed my mind because I have never paid for a massage before the service and I would go to my regular therapist. The woman explained those were the owner’s rules and I explained I would not be back. I was not pleased with the disregard for my privacy and offended that I was asked to pay first. Skip them.
