I visited Lotus Laser & Spa six times and was pleased with the customer service I received. The two ladies who assisted me were kind and patient, taking the time to explain the services and set expectations for my treatment. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to my positive experience. I received laser hair removal on my neck, and I no longer deal with bleeding or razor bumps after shaving.

I was there for laser hair removal on haĺf legs. Very unprofessional and unfriendly place. The place is not look clean. When I came in the room she told me to take my paint off but she didn’t give me a gown or anything to cover my privacy part then I pulled a old towel ues for cover on treatment table. She told me not to used it because that just for cover. Also, she charged additional $20 for laser plastic tip. And she skips some areas when I told her she was not admitted.

Make sure you triple check with them the area of treatment you have in mind before purchasing a Groupon. I called and asked if a medium area coupon is sufficient for getting laser treatment on the area from lips level to the area under the chin and they said yes, but when I went there the told me I should buy two more coupons to cover the area! I never had such a bad experience anywhere else. They are not transparent and I won’t go back again.

BEWARE Bait and Switch techniques. I purchased a Groupon for two IPL treatments. I have done these treatments many times in the past so I am familiar with the procedure. When I went into the treatment room the owner asked what areas were of concern. She then zapped each area and told me we are done! it took 5 minutes. I was shocked and realized this is a scam to get people in. She then started to say that she did not recommend IPL for my treatments and pushed other treatments. I do IPL once per year and it works great even after one session. The top layer gets dark and peels off leaving beautiful skin underneath. Nothing happened after my treatment. I am tempted to report this to the attorney general’s office. I contacted Groupon and they said they could only reimburse 62 dollars of the $299 which I paid. This was irresponsible treatment.

Really bad customer service from start to finish. They charged me for the service, and when it came time for my appointment they told me I still needed to pay the full amount. Also their laser barely removes any hair, so for multiple reasons I’d recommend avoiding this salon.

Like many found this place through a Groupon. Just a heads up, you will have to pay $20 for a tip that will be reusable for all sessions, even if you have prepaid via the coupon. Sometimes I don’t bring any credit cards if I know I’ve prepaid, so just a note. They are super efficient and usually get me in early – basically as soon as I arrive. They call a couple days ahead of time to confirm your appointment as well.
