Imagine, 3 days before your wedding day you get a hair cut (that was supposed to be 2 inches taken off, ended up more like 4) and having your hair look like a choppy emo early 2000s hairstyle. Thank God it’s only hair and grows back, but you’ll never see me step foot in this salon again. Not to mention, I waited 50 MINUTES for my stylist to even start my hair, 25 before she acknowledged I was there. Terrible.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I found Lotus House through a friend who recommended them. Stephanie is the stylist who cut my hair, I came in to have it fixed from receiving a bad haircut elsewhere. Stephanie did not disappoint and will now have me as a returning customer.

Don’t go here unless you already know the stylist. I came in for an at shoulder length haircut and left with a hacked up mess with the shortest layer being two inches. I don’t know if she just didn’t know how to cut hair or if she enjoys destroying peoples hair. I had to pay double to salvage what was left of my hair elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
