The cuts are TERRIBLE, they don’t listen and cut it as short as they like. We showed them a picture of how we would like the hair length to be but they ignored it and made it so short. Some people who work there are TERRIBLE and take about 30 minutes to cut hair. The wait can be up to an hour long and is very bad. Some people are very great cutters and very nice but i haven’t even seen them in a really long time.

Don’t recommend this place. Took my mom to get a haircut here (her first time btw) and it was just all bad. The person who was cutting my moms hair did a bad job. I showed him how my mom wanted her hair in a photo and just seem annoyed every time my mom asked for shorter length. Staff was rude saying they didn’t have time to check out my moms hair since she didn’t like it.

Regardless of who cuts my hair, I feel like I always leave with a great cut! I love that the process is so quick, easy, and affordable. I usually do a walk in appointment, where I get a great cut within ~20 mins.I used to avoid getting haircuts because they were very pricey, appointments could take the whole afternoon, and I feel like that’s a lot for leaving unsatisfied. I’ve been getting my hair done (cut and styled) there now for about four years. By same stylist. “Tram” she always listens to how I want my hair cut. Always does a wonderful job. And there prices are very reasonable. She also provides AirBrush/Tattoo Eyebrow services. For those who like a nofrill type of salon.( You know the ones you can get hot coffee or tea). And over priced haircuts.).This is a great alternative!

New to the Burien area and was in desperate need of a haircut. I walk in and am instantly seated with Julie who just did a fantastic job. I’m not much of a talker while getting my hair done and she was so nice and easy to sit with in silence. I had very long hair and she did great work with cutting and layering it to my shoulders. The prices are great and I look forward to returning!
