Just got my nails done and I’m mad. Rude service. Didnt get acknowledged, constantly interrupted by the women’s children.All my cuticles are cut. Never again. And way over priced.

Skip this salon. My nails came out awful and aren’t lasting for anything. I had them done just a few days ago. My cuticles are jagged. She did not take care of them properly. My nail shape isn’t done correctly. She had no care or put in any effort. I had to ask her to file down a friend nail because it was completely jagged after applying a bad top coat that clumped up under the UV and she had major attitude. This was a young girl with an n on her necklace. The woman in the black outfit was nicer and did a decent job on my friends toes. She had better customer service too. Wish she did my nails instead. Probably would have had a better outcome.

I got my nails done and a basic pedicure nothing special and it came out to 100$ the pedicure was only 15 min or less I was in and out in a hour very rushed the younger skinny girl that thinks she is all that was very RUDE it took everything in me not to go to jail I will never be going back or recommend to ANY ONE

Twee the owner and Kim are very professional, amazingly sweet, very informative, very attentive to their clients needs and are the most understanding people when it comes to unsatisfied customers. They really care about their clients and want them to be happy with the services provided. They put their hard work into everything they do and make time to attend all necessary wants and needs from the customers. My first time going there, I was hooked! I went as a walk-in and had a list of things I needed done.

The shop was bigger than I expected with a variety of nail colors and services available. We felt very comfortable and taken care of the entire visit and had great conversation with the staff. My daughter’s acrylics came out perfect and my pedi was absolutely amazing! I would suggest Lotus Hair and Nail to all my family and friends. Was a great experience and wish I found it sooner. First time customer, SO happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends. This visit I had an eye brow wax, pedicure and had a full set with the dip powder. The results were amazing! Really excited for my facial next and I’ll keep you posted on the results.
