Lotus is an amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. The salon is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. I had an early appointment and Melissa made me a coffee about a minute after getting there. Amanda did my hair and as always, I love it. I always feel so much better about myself after she does it. She’s amazing, friendly, and very inspiring to watch while she works. She is so helpful to her employees and clients, it sets a great tone for the environment. Everyone that works there gives the place a great energy to be in. They are very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. It’s a great experience (not just getting your hair done) and I love the energy. 5 stars!
