James was GREAT. Not only was he very professional and accommodating but he went above and beyond to make me and my girlfriend have a wonderful massage and was very knowledgeable. He gave me great information on some stuff to try at home to stay limber as a soccer player. He also gave us some samples of his products for free and they’re fantastic, we still use his Shea butter for our feet. I hope to come back to Franklin and will definitely get a massage again.

He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and made the time there comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be going back. James’ attention to detail went as far as knowing my favorite music ahead of time and playing it to create a relaxing and fun environment tailored for me. And instead of having just “a massage”, he spent a ton of time doing some proactive stuff to alleviate my pain (I’m wheelchair-bound and have a lot of pain in my upper back and extremities).

Less than average massage. James did not seem versed on the body muscle groups and struggled when attempting to name. Did not appear to know techniques to relieve knots and muscle restrictions. The aromatherapy was overwhelming with clashing scents. But, the topper was checking out. James has his computer system set to prompt your REQUIRED $20 plus tip that he will swiftly thanks you for. A tip is earned and deserved…not swindled.. Beware.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Went for a relaxation massage, but also got some therapeutic massage on muscles that have been causing me some back pain. James explained everything, and I left feeling so much better. The office and massage room were clean and peaceful. Very affordable, easy to schedule, and lots of options to customize treatment. I had already been to the ER and spent a week in pain. James at Lotus Evolution listened to what my problem was and really focused on the fix. After the first massage I was able to stand up and walk without severe pain. I was able to sleep in my bed instead of a chair or the spare bedroom. I came back the next day for a second massage and James went a little deeper into trying to repair the problem. The following day I was in 75% better shape. A day later I was back to normal able to drive to SC. I will definitely be back. James at Lotus Evolution listened to what my problem was and really focused on the fix. After the first massage I was able to stand up and walk without severe pain.
