I would put 0 if I could. So antisanitary !!!!!!The owner didn’t see me sitting in the hallway and yeld in front of me that they no longer will be washing the blanket after each clients, only if visibly dirty (it was right after COVID, so dont expect it be clean now). Also I was provided with dirty sheet and body cover and when I asked to change it she(dont remember the name) gave me the attitude and said that its clean. She also didnt wear the mask and told me that she cant do her job in mask.

We came in to the spa for two massages and were met with a relatively chaotic energy from two loudly taking women, one who turned out to be a masseuse. BUT the massage themselves were great, especially for the $100 price point. Tina really worked out my friends knots and Heather did a great job lengthening my sore back. The essential oils and warm towels were a great addition. The spa is small and you could definitely hear auxiliary noises through the walls at times but again, for the price point a great massage that wasn’t hoidy-toidy and exactly what we wanted for vacation. Not where you may want to go if you’re looking for a hyper soothing atmosphere and experience.

My friends and I visited the Lotus Day Spa recently for a girl’s weekend getaway prior to her wedding. We all did the lotus sampler and received a lovely massage, facial and pedicure. What a great experience! I would highly recommend for individual, group or couple appointments. The ladies that operate this spa are great, they are friendly, professional and treat their clients like royalty. Totally worth every penny.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind, Liza is a magician, flows from gentle through firm pressures perfectly, and really cares about the client experience. The stylist did a wonderful job. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The ONLY issue that I had was that I was under the impression that I was paying a different amount and I wasn’t made aware of a different price. The price I was charged was for a package that I didn’t receive. I received a hair styling, and I was thankful that she was able to squeeze me in at the last minute. But I still feel that it was unfair what I was charged

WOW! If you want a GREAT facial this is the place in the Outer Banks. DAWN is wonderful. She has a very relaxed setting for a wonderful and rejuvenating facial. And the products she uses have no odor so that works well for me as I am highly allergic to those “foo-foo” smells. She is very adapt at what she does- and is evident she loves her work and her customers. If you want a feeling of being relaxed and refreshed give her a call. The pedicure here by Shelby is also great- she does a wonderful job and you will feel totally pampered- if you have both services done- when you leave. GREAT gals.
