To say I love this place is an understatement. I’ve been here a handful of times but my experience today with Gift was phenomenal. I got a full set and she was patient, meticulous and kind. Such a great experience here today. My nails are perfect! Exactly as I wanted. And my daughter got a manicure as well and was so excited to show them off to her grandparents. Everyone there was so lovely and welcoming! I of course forgot to ask for the name of the person who did my nails, but she did such a wonderful job, they are perfect. I could not be any happier! I found my nail place!

Stopped in after a customer from work recommended this place to me. Such a welcoming and relaxing vibe! Loved my nails, best service I’ve had in the area. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI purchased a spa package for my wife’s birthday and it was a wreck to say the least!!!!! The package included a lava stone massage, a mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. She did not get a lava stone massage, just a regular massage (which is much cheaper than what I paid for). The staff there made her change her clothes for her massage while her nails were still wet and of course her nails were ruined. Also, they messed up her eyebrows which are now nonexistent and my wife is in tears!!!! This is NOT a spa, just a cheap nail salon which is advertised on their web site as a wellness spa. The environment is crammed and noisy. The manager helped my wife with the services and thought this was all ok. I came to get my feet done and i’ll never come back . they don’t remove dead skin the lady said they don’t have the machine to do so ..there’s no machine to remove dead skin. they over price you to get your feet done and i had to ask her to get in grown toe nails out . I wouldn’t recommend this place for feet at all !!! I paid 60 dollars and my feet are not soft at all !! highly upset ! I’ll never come back. I normally go to orchard nails and I should’ve never given this place a try at all IM HIGHLY UPSET
