I’m pretty much used to being in pain every day with my bad back, but after one of Emily’s Thai yoga massages, I was able to enjoy the rest of the day with NO pain…what a gift! I’ve already been back and will be again!

I’ll start off by saying that Emily is good at what she does. The atmosphere is nice. That’s not my issue. When I last saw her several things made me concerned about her adherence to covid guidelines including traveling to Florida and offering me to take off my mask when my face was in the massage table hole (?). In addition to that, I felt pressured into booking an additional session with her. I said 2 or 3 times that I would get back to her but she kept insisting and then offered me a discount if I booked then and there. I did and had to pay upfront. When I later decided I couldn’t afford that expense I reached out to get a refund, only to find she doesn’t do refunds on prepaid discounted services. I was never made explicitly aware of this policy either verbally or through the process of booking on her website. The only thing she said was “can you afford this.” I thought she was being considerate of people being short with money during these trying times. I was only able to get half of my money back.
