Extremely poor customer service. If you call them regarding an appointment you had scheduled prior to arriving, they will have you on the phone and be completely confused as to why you are calling even if you clearly tell them the reason for your call. First impression occurs through a phone call and I personally have had this issue quite too many times with them. When you arrive for the service, the girls misunderstand what you are asking for and do their own thing which could’ve been avoided by just understanding what their client was looking for. In my case, being a haircut. I’ve gone their twice before and another girl who’s been there longer knows exactly how to handle my hair because she will ask questions regarding what I am looking for and confirm with me before chopping off anything, she happened to not be there on this day.Instead, i had a new girl that decided she’d go ahead and cut however much she wanted and pretty much chop all my hair 5-6 inches. It looked like a very unprofessional persons work. Also, you can overhear other conversations their staff have with other customers and it’s straight rudeness and unprofessionalism. Their staff need proper training because they don’t know what customer service is. Would not recommend this place to anyone, neither will I ever be returning back to this place.

Love getting my eyebrows done here and now love getting my hair done here! They consistently do an amazing job. I have been getting my hair dyed and cut at Lotus for the last year, and I love how thorough they are, and they always make sure I’m happy with my hair cut and length. My go to place

I looove this place!!! I have never get a hair cut here, but have seen they are always busy perhaps that is a good sign of their job! I tried to get a hairstyle one time, but as I said they are always busy, so 3 days in advance was not enough… so if you would like to try it, I would say call them as soon as you know you will need their services!!!

This is the only place I trust to do my husbands eyebrow properly. He hates threading and will only get waxed. They consistently keep him looking sharp with a great shape. It can get crowded, there can be a long wait, it sometimes has fumes from the beauty salon (needs better ventilation), these are the reasons I’m giving 4 stars and not 5.

I came here to do my eye brow threading. It was a nice place. I waited a few minutes. The threading is $4. The person who did my eyebrows did it very quickly. I didn’t have a chance to look at myself fully in the mirror. But from a far it looked great. When I had a chance to look at myself fully at home… my left eye brow wasn’t even with the right and she didn’t even fully finish…it was disappointing, I wanted to give this place a good rating…
