I had a horrible hair coloring at a different salon this morning (quite literally sobbed afterward). I happened to stumble upon Lotte on Google in the afternoon, called, and Mindy helped squeeze me in with Cesar tonight to save the day! He fixed the hair coloring and hair cut. I originally asked for a balayage with ashy blonde and long layers at the other salon. It did not turn out that way at all. But Cesar really took care of me and helped me fix my hair before my graduation this weekend. He’s the sweetest, and I’m so grateful to have had him fix my hair!
