Took my wife for an appointment today at 11am with Teal. We arrived and the salon was closed. My wife then messaged and tried to call the stylist. At 1125am the stylist called her back and told her that she thought the appointment was for Dec 11th not Nov 11th and apologized. She then offered to come in today at 2pm and do the appointment. My wife needed this appointment as we go on vacation tomorrow. 10 minutes later she messaged my wife and said she couldn’t do the appointment today but could do tomorrow. This isn’t an option as leaving early for the airport. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

My experience at LOTIC salon was fantastic all-around! The space is gorgeous, in fact, it doubles as an actual art gallery. The salon portion has modern equipment and is kept very clean. The service was as wonderful to match! I was greeted as I entered the door and felt instantly comfortable and welcomed. Rachel, my stylist, sat down and really listened to what I was looking for. She knew exactly how to work with my somewhat difficult long and textured hair. Getting my hair done with her was like hanging out with a good friend for the afternoon, she is so warm and fun! Above all, she is incredibly talented and I couldn’t be happier with the end results. The price point is great for the quality of talent and products. I highly recommend treating yourself to this amazing experience. We’re so lucky to have LOTIC available right here in Salida!

Hands down best haircut I’ve ever received. Rachel was great, it was my first time to the salon and I asked for a very specific textured lob and she absolutely delivered.
