So I’m gonna start by saying that I made an appointment for my 7 year old grandson and upon arrival there were two barbers and the owner. I had asked for Marcos which is the barber someone recommended, and Marcos cutting someone else’s hair. So I sat there and waited for my turn. Half an hour later Marcos tells me that he needs to run home because he made an appointment to have his internet installed, and asked if I could come back later or next day. I was shock because he waited half an hour to tell me you can’t cut my grandson’s hair because you had a previous appointment?

i have been going here for 10 years and most recently the barbers just have no respect for you when giving a haircut and when you set an appointment they don’t manage there time accordingly AT ALL to your appointed schedule its sad and disappointing i have to write this knowing i was a loyal customer sadly i will stop coming here and suggest anyone else that makes an appointment to just not make one at all go to other barbers that will use and manage there time accordingly NOT THIS ONE.

The best part of my experience was no music or television playing and there were no side conversations between the barbers. Without those distractions, all the barber could do was focus on my haircut and I love it! Distance was maintained, face shields and masks were worn by the clients and barbers and lastly when it was your turn to be serviced they would call you in from outside.

I have over the years given this establishment multiple chances. Every time we come here, no one attends to us or ask how they can help. The owner specially will go above and beyond to not have to cut my sons hair because it’s “too long”. He comes and goes as he pleases regardless how many clients are waiting. Not to mention he can be quite rude. His employees follow suit. I have sat for over an hour with walk-ins coming in after me and being attended first. I will not be coming back here ever again! They do not deserve to be in business!!!!!!

I went to this place a Tuesday evening, only two people in the barber’s chairs at that moment waited 30 min. , which was not too bad. The older fair skin guy was unusually rough in his cutting style for a barber, I asked for #1 machine, then he used #0. Awful experience not going back.

Do not cut your hair with these ppl they don’t follow OSHA protocol for a safe healthy environment. This place is a mess. Most of their reviews are done by their own employees and solicited.
