Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled in to see if they were available with no appointment for a regular haircut, the owner ( a young lady) told me that was someone available for people with no appointments, and that there was only one person before me upon arrival in 5 minutes; when I got there I was told that if I did not have an appointment I had to wait until everyone with appointment was done. People were being taking care of and I was left out just waiting and waiting. The purpose of my call was that, if I was gonna be seen with no appointment, otherwise I would not have gone to that place. The owner is very unprofessional. After I got up and complained about it, I finally got a haircut with terrible results. Not going to this place not even for free haircuts. Top notch experience, we used to live in HP and now we live in Palmdale and my husband loves the cut and beard care so much, we still come over here. I also have a 2 yr old that is soooo bad at getting hair cuts and his barber is soo patient and carful. 100% recommended!

Recommended by a friend since I was in the market for a new barbershop, walked in around 8:30am shop was a little empty but the atmosphere was very chill, over five barbers on the floor to cut went with Gus asked for an undercut and my beard cleaned up, dude took his time and did a good job. Came out looking fresh and clean. I liked the work area very clean and spacious plus the guys had some games on to watch so it’s very interesting if you had to wait, big plus on the amount of cushioned seats enough for everyone. Coming back for sure. Prices are okay $15 haircuts $25 with a beard not bad.

Kathy the owner does an amazing job. been flowing her even before she opened up her own shop. Definitely recommend her services. The shop is clean and very low maintenance. Service is great and come back here at least every two weeks.
