Love this place! Robin did my highlights on my completely untouched, natural curly hair and I LOVED how they came out! She was very thorough with how she was going to highlight my hair. Especially since I have naturally brunette hair. The color came out perfect with my skin tone and hair tone. Not to mention, she holds great conversation! The time just flew by. She completely ruined my blond balayage. My hair is pretty dark now. I called the manager to discuss the issue but she didn’t have enough professionalism to even call back. But when I went into Los Gatos beauty Bar jasmine helped me out and did such a great job! I was so happy and felt so much better! She was so nice and made sure I was happy with the final results! I made a same-day first-time appointment for a cut and color and was placed with Marge, and she was phenomenal! She took one look at my hair and knew what I had done to it previously, and knew exactly what it needed now and what I was looking for and more! She made the color turn out so nice, and I had confidence in her the whole time that she knew what she was doing, that I just let her do her thing, and she did! I finally feel comfortable being a blonde, it feels amazing! Definitely am going to be a repeat client! Thank you Marge!
