I went to this barber shop for my very first-gender affirming haircut. I was really excited and happy to be getting the haircut when I first arrived. However, my hairdresser was very resistant to giving me the haircut I came for, pre-body shamed me about the hair cut I wanted to get, and caused a scene by getting the hairdressers involved. It was very uncomfortable that the other men who happened to be in the barber shop watched me throughout my entire hair-cut process, despite there being at least one large tv with a game playing. The haircut itself looked nice, but my experience was both transphobic and traumatizing. I left this barber shop feeling humiliated because of all the transphobia that I encountered. I would never recommend this barber shop to a queer person, and I also will never be revisiting this barber shop.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! I came in on a relatively slow day and wasn’t greeted whatsoever when I walked in. The lady who cut my hair blew her nose and coughed the entire time when cutting my hair. I’m not a clean freak but at the very least wash your hands or use some germ x after blowing your nose and then resume the haircut. I will not be going back to this place. My haircut was rushed and looking st it closely at home was uneven in multiple places. Take my advice and go to any barber in other barber in the area, you’ll thank me later.

I have been using their hair cut service since 2017. I’ve had almost everyone cut my hair at least two or three times. They are all overall great! Yes, sometimes they do some sloppy job when it’s really busy. However, I could be careless for a little mistake because 9 out 10 times they are usually on point. I will continue to use their service until I move from the area. Thanks guys!
