I’m new to town and am very picky when it comes to my hair as it’s very thick. Lori’s looked good online, so I thought I’d give it a try. They were amazing from the get go. I forget her name, but the receptionist was very friendly and professional. Brenda cut my hair and I cannot say enough good things about her and the experience. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She listened to my needs/wants and also added suggestions. She explained each product she used and suggested products that would agree with my hair best. She also gave me samples to take home and try. Brenda was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. I am definitely a customer for life!

Critical: QualityThese women are very nice, but they have no idea what they are doing aside from a very basic cut and color. However, they will charge you like they are the top 10 stylists in the area. This is far from the truth. I basically left looking the way I came in. Sure it was a little lighter and brighter, but not worth the $$$ I spent. The woman who did my hair was super nice, but very unsure of herself. I will have to drive for results and wouldn’t come back here for anything. I will give this two stars for pleasant people, but for a so-called ‘Aveda Salon’ I expect results. The only reason I didn’t complain directly to the salon is that 1) I didn’t want to argue 2) They sure as heck weren’t going to ‘fix’ me and 3) I was referred by a friend…..not worth it.These women are very nice, but they have no idea what they are doing aside from a very basic cut and color.
