I’m appalled at the comments from these ignorant people who claim she would’nt fix their hair, she has always been thorough with my hair and gives me exactly what I ask for every time. Lori has been doing my hair for years at famous hair and the salon she now owns . I’m appalled at the comments from these ignorant people who claim she would’nt fix their hair, she has always been thorough with my hair and gives me exactly what I ask for every time. I love my hair now and she has brought me a long way with cuts, color, olaplex treatments and styles. I definitely recommend this salon! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo I normally don’t do this but I’m going to!Someone I considered a friend opened a salon in their home, I figured I’d give them a try!Well I went in asking for a rose gold color, sent her the exact video of what I wanted…. Well it didn’t end up any thing close to that….she turned it orange…. She told me you mix orange and pink dye together to achieve the rose color…..I then ask for a refund (after she tells me she doesn’t think the color will lift out) she tells me she’s not able to dispute it with my bank (which I did) and she then fought the dispute, after telling me to!The owner did not offer to fix it her exact message (screen grab included..) “I don’t know if the orange will pull out with out damaging your hair” it took her over 3 hours to even send that, so yes I made an appointment because neon orange hair isn’t allowed at my work and she left me on read for hours. There wasn’t an offer to fix it.
