As you can read from others, yes they try to make you spend a lot of products, especially with old ladies they’re good to persuade and convince you to buy. The staff was nice, a blonde lady made my mum try the product first so she could try and see the effect and offered us a discount. So we decided to buy but they’re really good on scamming people so be careful and don’t be stupid

My mother, who is approaching 80 and very timid, was convinced to enter the Lorion store in Santa Monica. They took advantage of an elderly woman who has obvious difficulty saying no and making sound decisions, and sold her a set of very expensive products. She was intimidated, and left the store stressed and scared she just spent a lot of money.

If I could do this with zero stars I would have done so. One of your representatives at the Promenade in Santa Monica is so rude. I’m not wearing any make-up and she precedes with all this negativity about my skin and my current product trying to convince me her product is better. I have to say this girl had a full face of make-up. If I was the representative I would have started out positive and built a relationship first. I looked up the prices and your products are very expensive . Cosmetic surgery could be less expensive when you add up all the products.

This business is all swindle. Super savvy con artists: They talked my 80 year old mother into paying $6,000 for a “platinum package” of products, by playing on her vulnerability. I am including someone else’s Yelp review (“below”) because the same thing happened to them. I know this is happening frequently, so buyers beware…

Their products are way overpriced, talk about being greedy. I honestly think this business is run by some psychopaths whose interest is only in making money. I was given the eye treatment by a female who was nice, but then came “Fabio,” a “skin specialist who treats celebrities” who was really trying to get me to purchase the product. I politely told him I do research before I purchase anything, especially for something that costs that much. I also told him I was on my way to an appointment, but he couldn’t care less if I missed it as he was still trying to get me to purchase the product even cutting the price in half. I genuinely think some of the people who gave 5 stars are friends or relatives of either the owners or employees. One of them gave another company a 5 star rating with a similar review that is now closed and had horrible reviews by others claiming they were ripped off. All I could say to the people involved in this operation is karma.

This company is a rip-off. All their products are in high price but in very low quality. BE AWARE!! I have their hair dryer last less than a year and stop working. I have tried to contact their customer service, no one will ever answer you. Their over-promising life time warranty are full of BS. A lot of complains about how low quality their products are, SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM LORION BEAUTY . Better to just go to Target and buy a $30 hair dryer will last longer than this!

I frequently visit the Arcadia and one day I decided to try out LOrion on a whim. I was going out on a date that evening and wanted to try out something different. So I stepped into the Lorion Beauty. I hadn’t heard of it before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I must confess that I am really impressed by the services as well as the staff.

Rip off. Tried to sell me a weird laser like machine for my face priced at 6,000 . …… Even after telling the dude I have my own dermatologist in Beverly Hills and I wasn’t interested . How is this place open at third street promenade ? Either people are falling for their scams or they’re going to go bankrupt soon.
