Love Lorinda’s! Been a customer for (I think) 5+ years now. It has been a pleasure to have Andy take care of us over the years. He takes time to connect with each of us (my son 12, my daughter 17, me 46) when we come. He hears and delivers on what we want for cut/style/color and puts in great effort to give us an experience when we visit the salon. We moved two hours away and make the drive to continue to receive his care. He makes a difference in our lives. Today, I went in and received a partial foil and long hair cut. I love my color! I love my cut! He knows I freak out if layers are too short or color over my edge… he always gets it just right! Every time takes me one step outside of my hair style comfort zone in such a good way! I came home tonight and my husband said, “SO Farah Facet!”

Stylist at this location are great and they know the work they are doing. The only bad experience I had was – I was sold Eufora cleanser and conditioner. At the time, Agent at front desk told me if items do not suit my hair, I can return within 1 month of purchase. I returned in 1 week as both conditioner and shampoo did not suit my hair but I guess it was owner at the front desk who said I have to try for 3 months before to decide if shampoo and conditioner suit my hair. In fact, I was sold hair spray when I tried to return shampoo and conditioner. This is just language game and I feel I fell in this trap of words. I would never purchase conditioner, shampoo, hair oil, etc. at this salon.

I’ve gone to Lorinda’s for a little less than a year. I get my hair cut pretty frequently because I have short hair, and I also get brow waxing done here. I decided to change salons after COVID for a few reasons, one of them being unfortunately the former salon I was going to got kind of understaffed and chaotic. I understand it’s been rough, but I still need a decent haircut.
