I booked an evening appointment with Lori Nail Salon for a SNS Powder Manicure, the location was easy to find. The nail technician ‘s application was gentle on the cuticles and thoroughly even coats of glue. I am so happy with the beautiful results!

I go to this salon because it is the closest location to me. When I first walked in 2 years ago I thought the place could use a facelift but decided what really mattered was the outcome of my nails. So I stuck around a while and thought it was worth it because the prices were good but lately they have been increasing. My gel pedicure cost 40 dollars today and I have found a new location that I got my nails done at yesterday and called there after leaving they charge 30 so yeah I will be changing locations for sure. Also the new location I tried gives out mini shoulder massages with manicures and an extra foot treatment with the basic pedi ( these extras make me more inclined and happy to give large tip). I also always feel pressured to leave a large tip regardless of how I felt about the service at Lori’s & they are not doing anything extra. Just not comfortable here anymore! but I will say when you do make an appointment they do run on time the quality of my nails have been ok but again for the price I settled. With increase prices I need better shaping more colors/ better matching when I do my nails and toes etc. This is a good location for like basic polish hands and feet anything else I wouldn’t say is worth it. There are better places within two miles of here.

Kayla is the only one I like doing my nails. The owner started my SNS so far from the top that it looked like it had grown out for two weeks and I just got it done. She also leave hairs when she does my leg or underarm wax and I have to point them out. I dont know why people are saying they are nice. Maybe they are nice to certain people. When they are busy, they just say we are busy and get back to whom ever nails they are doing. I would think if you want my business you would say, “sorry we are busy now but would you like to make an appointment for later or another day?” Both times they told me they were busy they ended up having time to do my nails or wax. I just felt brushed off like they didn’t care for my business. If that’s the case, that’s fine, I’ll be going somewhere else. They are not the only affordable place. Either way, I’d rather pay more for good customer service.

Great nail salon! My wife has come here for years and more recently I’ve started going occasionally for a basic men’s manicure/pedicure. It’s extremely clean and they use a new nail kit with a each guest. It’s not cash only but they don’t allow tipping on the card.

These ladies and gentlemen are Top Notch. I wish I had come to them sooner. They have phenomenal skills with outstanding expertise about each customers nails. And because they obviously love their job, I am extremely pleased with my nails afterwards. Thank God for Lori Nails!

I’ve been to the salon before Ana bought it, so more than 15 years, she is super nice and very attentive to her customers. My girl is Sue, there is no one better than her, she is fast and up to date with the latest technology; go twice a month for mani pedi and am very happy with the salon.
