My experience at hair artistry was like no other! Not only were the staff super friendly but the shop was COVID FRIENDLY and super clean. Loren took great care of me and made me feel beautiful again (Got so many compliments on my hair in Chicago and while traveling). Everyone is super professional, there was no wait -the time I booked my appointment was the time I was serviced. Stop by Hair Artistry I promise you won’t be disappointed! Lorene The Hair Artist is the Bomb. Com. She’s been my stylist since 2015. When I first started going to her my hair was above my ear. At the time I had a relaxer. I told her that I need her to grow my hair because I wasn’t pleased with my hair at the time. Well after the first few times she recommended me to try the Kertain. Well I took it into consideration. All I can say is I tried the Keratin and I’m never looking back. Lorene has grown my hair and now it’s a little past my shoulders. Lorene has colored my hair all shades of blondes. It’s a very nice salon. My stylist has a room in the back of the shop & her room is really nice. I must say that all the stylists are very polite. At least the ones that I’ve met, I’ve only been to the shop twice. I do like that they keep the front door locked & you have to ring the doorbell to be buzzed in. I feel safe at this shop.
