Had to rate a star in order to put in my review. Took my daughter here for a trim. What a huge mistake!!! My daughters hair looked so much better before I took her in. I took her in to get a trim from a pixie cut she had. Instead she came out with nothing close to a pixie. She got a fade and looked like she just a bowl put on her head! Where did the 4-5 stars come from? Never going back that’s for sure. I am so sorry for not waiting for Ilena across the street! This place, not good. Worst part is she let us leave without asking if she can fix it! And they charge for using a credit card. Take cash. I understand that people need to work but how do you expect to get clients if you don’t give off a great impression the first time? But I know now and thought I’d share. Great day to everyone.

Rude and disrespectful, called To verify if they cut mens hair, lady Just disconnected. Called again and was disconnected again. So Being I live walking distance, I walked over and asked if they could cut my hair…. the staff just ignored me and could care less… I was just Ridiculously standing around waiting for assistance lol

I told the lady a low fade with 5 on top. She did a high fade and i said i told you a low fade she said your hair still looks nice, which is bad there suppose to do what the client wants. Just never went back

Lupita did my hair I wanted ombre. Took the whole morning once we where done she styled my hair. I did notice that bits of my hair was coming out when she was brushing my hair. But what makes me mad is that I got charged $220 for this style! I had my hair fully bleached at a different location and pay way less. And also that lupita had the nerve not to tell a whole chunk of hair from the back came off. I totally don’t recommend coming here.
