I recently relocated to the McAllen edinburge area and was fearful of finding a new stylist after 13 years with my great stylist in Utah. I searched the web and ended up with a stylist in another location that told me they were very experienced in color and extensions. I was mortified when I left that appointment and had carrot color hair. I am a Nordic blonde with very thin hair and believe me felt traumatized. I went to have my lashes done at a salon and asked the gal if she knew anybody that was experienced with color correction and truly with extensions. She told me the only place that she would go to was Lorena Palacio . I bit the bullet and communicated with them and actually felt relief when they said they would not schedule me without looking at my hair in a consultation. I went in for the consultation with an amazing colorist named Vera or Veronica and even though it took five hours of her time I left the salon so happy. My hair is the color I Love and asked for and even though the first attempt didn’t quite get it there vera stuck it out and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair is not damaged which is saying a lot for my thin Nordic hair. If you are anywhere in the McAllen area I would encourage you to make the drive to go see Veronica at Lorraina Palacios in Mission. Even though the majority of her clients are beautiful Hispanic women she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Vera

I went to the mission location. I’m sure the owner herself is nice, but the staff was horrible the girl in the front with glasses was confused and not friendly. Also I thought that owner would be the one doing my hair since I called to make the appointment specifically based on a recommendation to go to her. The other girl who also worked there was leaving and was rude. Unprofessional. Won’t be returning.
